The Challenge

Creating a large-scale educational facility using mass timber while meeting safety and performance standards.

Our Solution

We specified CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) for structural elements and implemented passive design strategies including natural ventilation and thermal mass.

The Result

The building achieved carbon-negative status and serves as an educational model for sustainable construction.
