The Challenge
Designing a high-density residential tower that maintains community connection and provides adequate green space in an urban environment.
Our Solution
We created a staggered floor plate design where each unit has a private terrace, and communal gardens are distributed throughout the building. The design reduces the building's visual mass while increasing livable outdoor space.
The Result
The project increased community engagement by 40% compared to traditional towers and achieved 95% occupancy within the first year.
