The Challenge
The primary challenge was creating a transparent structure that maintains privacy, thermal comfort, and structural integrity while maximizing natural light and views.
Our Solution
We implemented triple-glazed, electrochromic smart glass that adjusts opacity based on sunlight intensity. The design incorporates a steel frame with minimal visual obstruction, allowing the landscape to become the primary design element.
The Result
The residence achieved LEED Platinum certification and has become an iconic example of sustainable luxury residential design.
